What if Goods are faulty on arrival?
Easyfurniture.co.uk does everything possible to ensure that our furniture is sent out in perfect condition, extensive quality checks are adhered to. However, in the unlikely event that your goods do arrive faulty please e-mail sales@easyfurniture.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement delivered.
You must ensure that the goods are returned in their original packaging and unused. You will also be asked to supply an image of any fault together with batch code. (Batch codes are normally found on the base of an item).

What if Goods are damaged in transit?
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of goods. If you are unhappy with the condition of the merchandise you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Unfortunately, once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.
What is our warranty policy?
All our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. These vary in length but are typically for a minimum of one year. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We hope that you will be pleased with the goods that you have purchased from Easy Furniture.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason (excluding manufacturing faults or not as described products) please report this, in writing, within 7 days from the date of delivery, you will be given the option to return the product to us for a refund or exchange. If you have changed your mind after we have dispatched your order, please note that Postage & Packaging charges are not refundable. The cost of returning the item will also be at the buyer’s own expense.
