How will my order be delivered to me?
The prices shown on our Website include home delivery anywhere within mainland Britain. However, certain postcodes incur an additional charge. Chargeable postcodes are indicated below:
Unfortunately, an additional fee will apply to the following postcodes due to their geographical location. You will be contacted by a member of our team to advise the additional fee after your order has been placed.

A guide to the estimated delivery times are shown on the product pages. Deliveries to the chargeable postcodes may take up to 14 working days.
Deliveries are usually on a weekday. However, Saturday deliveries are available but incur an additional delivery charge.

All deliveries are pre-booked with you via telephone so you know exactly when your delivery will take place prior to arrival. Tracking numbers are available to track the order online.
All dining chair orders are delivered using a dedicated national Carrier. A two-man delivery service is available for heavier items such as dining tables. In some instances, orders, may be delivered by pallet.
In rare circumstances beyond our control the delivery may take slightly longer than the indicated time frames. In this case, we will inform you immediately and arrange with you the quickest delivery possible.
- Delivery is usually to the ground floor of the property, to the first accessible door.
- Two-man service is not available on a next-day delivery service.
- Two-man service usually offers delivery to the room of choice but please warn us of any special delivery requirements as soon as you place your order.
